I frequently purchase retinoids from indian pharmacies and have been looking for a cheaper alternative to alldaychemist. I came across Zing through a google search and was a bit sceptical because of the scarcity of reviews but I saw that they had a few reddit posts and a trustpilot page so I decided to give it a try. First, the discounts I received (20% off 100, multibuy discounts and a discoint on crypto), allowed me to pay only a fraction of what I would usually pay for my bulk order (20× taz, 40x azelaic and 20x bimat). The customer service was also lovely (they even helped me change my delivery address after placibg the order) and replied quickly to my questions and were able to provide me with my requested expiry date (2028). The delivery of half of my order (the taz and bimat) went perfectly and arrived within a week of dispatch (it also came with a nice large box that I can jse to organise my creams). However. It was during the delivery of my azelaic acid that things went a bit awry. When I first placed my order, I noticed that my order had been split into two separate ones (one for the taz and bimat and another for the azelaic). I didn't think much of this until my taz and bimat arrived bjt the azelaic didn't. I informed the customer service but they told me that it was simply still on its way and I should give it a few days. I waited a few days until I decided to call the delivery company and was informed that the item had been returned to the sender and the order was cancelled. The issue was eventuallg resolved and I did receive my azelaic acid within 14 days of when I first placed my order (hence the five stars), but the poor handling of my second order was an unpleasant part of an otherwise perfect experience

Order arrived 12 days after shipping to the UK and was a smooth process, also the packaging of the products pleased me a lot as it was secure and professional. I will definitely continue to use zing and I also recommend for anyone else looking to buy from them

I placed a small order to test out Zing as a seller, using a privacy.com card to be safe. It took 12 days from order date to delivery in the US. Communication and tracking information was on point. The savings is what initially drew me in. Zing’s price for generic Retin-a / Tretinoin was one third the price per gram I had been paying for the same thing, and its expiration date is more than two years out.

I ordered from Zing a few months ago and it was a good experience. I placed another order when I was running out of product. That order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by the delivery driver in another city. I emailed Zing and they replied almost immediately. They sent me a picture of where it was delivered and I was able to confirm that it was the wrong location. To rectify the mix up, they offered two options: Refund or replacement. We were able to resolve the issue without delay. And I have to say, that this is the BEST experience I've ever had on an international online shopping platform. I'll be receiving my shipment soon thanks to their integrity. This is an honest review without any incentives offered by Zing. Zing does business they way it should be done <3
