Horrific service. Horrific options for paying bills on time due to their inadequate review process. No matter how detailed my invoices were they denied them & caused me to go into default with my landlords by delaying my rent payments for over FOUR weeks. THEN they initiated a system upgrade that included not being able to process payments until 3/7/25 delaying my payments another week. The person I was dealing with off shore could have cared less. It is upsetting that my Chase business card uses Zil money. I will be making better choices moving forward. Stay away from anything or anyone that uese Zil Money.

This is really terrible or scam company. They claim on google that they allow to run payroll through business credit card and then they also have option in thier website but, when i tried to pay myself or My husband through ADP payroll service with all official proof of receipts, they still denied the transaction after checking and talking with me. After that, I have cancelled their service and closed my account but, still after 1 week, I found out that they have charged my credit card and holding my $ 7k which I used to run payroll and they are not releasing even. I tried to call but, no one answered even So, In summary, Zil money have charged my credit card and not releasing those money even after 7 days...

I received a check from this company - a paycheck, got to the bank and my bank refused to accept it. First National Bank said the check appeared fraudulent. I called Zil Money, and they could not do anything. My bank said they refuse check from this company. I later learned the Federal Government sent this company a cease-and-desist order because Zil Money was misleading people regarding FDIC insurance and the government told them to stop using the word "bank". Anyone can locate this information by searching under ZIL MONEY and FDIC. Also the CEO claims he graduated from Hardvard with a degree, he received a CERTIFICATION for one course. MISLEADS PEOPLE.

This bank has stolen over 200,000$ from my business. They literally destroyed everything I built over 7 years. They will not give any reason or excuse they just keep apologizing. This has been going on for weeks. They stole my money. From what is seems like you have nothing to worry about if its a small amount of money, but they will wait until you have a hefty sum and then freeze all your accounts and never give you back your money.

Brutally Honest Review: Engaging with Zil Money has been an unmitigated disaster from the very beginning. Their incomprehensible policies barred me from conducting transactions with another LLC simply because of a superficial name resemblance to my official government name. Despite my explicit explanations that I operate not as a W-2 employee but as an independent contractor, their team showcased a bewildering inability to grasp this elementary concept. Adding insult to injury, they audaciously informed me that my account would be immobilized for an excruciating 60 days, completely disregarding the fact that my payroll was meticulously managed by ADP. It's about time ADP reevaluates its alliances, as this company is evidently clueless about its operations, and their customer service is nothing short of a catastrophic failure

Não consigo acessar meu e-mail pra mudar a senha.. não consigo fazer a transferência de dinheiro esse aplicativo deve ter mais melhorias no avanço da tecnologia pra poder da o suporte melhor pro cliente

Be careful all the reviews are fake they give 0.05 usd on microworkers to give a honest review on Trustpilot. I hate scammers and liers so i went here to write this so that people can be aware of what they are doing. Don't trust the reviews and don't forget: that give you an insight and idea on this company.
