In my opinion, this is very important when you come to an unfamiliar city that you already have a car booked and do not have to rush around in search. In addition, they also explained in detail how it is most convenient for us to get to the hotel. Vehicle condition is excellent! Clean inside and outside, full tank, navigator. Documents signed in five minutes.

Their customer care is great. When I had questions before making a reservation, they answered all my questions in detail. And the rental experience itself was very satisfying.

Very easy and fast pick up and drop off. I tried other rental companies after and would say that ZigZag is by far the best. Was really pleased that the second driver comes with no fees.

Very good prices for a rental company in Miami. I was sceptical at first but ZigZag did not disappoint. And their staff is very helpful.
