have receives a broken mug seems to be no way to contact company. phone has 2 options none that were any help. have sent email hope for best but this may not any company i would ever deal with if problen not fixed

Please forward 2nd item (mug is white inside) Frustrated in trying to locate a manner in which to advise of shortage. The 2nd mug has arrived - thank you - approximately 3 weeks after the first.. Shipping glitch? possible.
