I never got the purchase, it's been 2 weeks

dreadfull company!!! i made the mistake of not checking reviews first but just ordered via glossy instagram advert.. it took my order 4 weeks to arrive and then the size 44 shoe was more like a 40. additionally the quality was very very poor. contacted ziamore to return but they proposed a 40% discount to keep, saying it was expensive to ship back!! ive explained that the shoes just do not fit and the suggestion of a discount to retain is ridiculous and that no reputable on line retailer would behave in this manner AVOID AVOID AVOID

I still have not received my parcel after 2 and a half weeks of ordering I requested a refund and they said I cannot get a refund.

El pedido es del 21 de mayo , el 25 de mayo estaba en camino i aún no ha llegado el pedido . Voy recibiendo mails de satisfacción i del pedido nada se sabe . 🤷‍♂️

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst. Ik kom met niemand in contact ik krijg geen updates ik weet niks over mijn bestelling. Meerdere mails gestuurd maar ik krijg geen reacties. Ik heb niet het gevoel dat mijn bestelling komt.

It’s a scam. They are committing fraud and are being reported as they don’t exist. Scum bags

Commande passée il y a 15 jours, aucune date ne peux m’être confirmée pour la livraison..Réponses IA standards.. Évidement je ne commanderais plus jamais chez Ziamore et j’aurai du lire les commentaires avant..!!!!!
