I ordered the thyroid support because by thyroid numbers show that my thyroid is borderline sluggish. After about a week I can feel a bit more energy. Prior to taking the supplements I would be out of gas in the evening and fall asleep while watching TV. I do feel a bit more energy in the evenings and not quite as sluggish during the day. I could really tell the difference when I traveled out of town and stopped taking the supplements for about 7 days. Don't think I'll do that again!

I started to use the soothing sleep formula because I am experiencing insomnia. I have to say my sleeping time has improved and I can rest more and better. To be honest I am still waking up in the middle of the night, but overall I feel better because at least the sleeping time is deep. Also I loved the customer service and the emails I received when I did contact them, they also made me smile with a nice humor which is important too. So 5 stars are not just on the product itself but they go to the for whole team of Zhou Nutrition.
