I got a bad batch of MCT Powder through one of the Zhou distributors. It was a particular lot # and I tried a couple containers (I had started autoship) They tasted awful! Couldn't use them in coffee at all. Zhou was wonderful and sent me a free container which is perfect, just like the ones I originally tried through the distributor. I'm convinced it was either a storage or shipping problem than changed the quality of the MCT. I now get my MCT direct from Zhou. It is a great product.

I use the MCT oil in my coffee and smoothies. It keeps me full and gives me energy. Love it!!
