Customer Service is attentive and product comes as expected. I ad some issues when I tried to update my address. It kept changing back to the original address even though myself and customer service had changed it to the primary address. Other than that everything has been great!

They have the best customer service. I had an issue with my collagen spilling during transport and they sent me a new one for free with no questions asked. All of their products actually work.

Love the product I can tell a difference in my joints when I don’t take it.

Great service! Great products! I have been ordering for about a year and the product is always the same quality and the service is always great. I highly recommend their products.

Every product I have tried so far has been excellent quality. The collagen, B12, BCAA, electrolytes, and hemp oil have all surpassed my expectations, especially for the price. The company is also super generous, and is constantly having sales and sending coupons making it easy to try new products. I've been extremely pleased with Zhou!
