Overall I really like the vitamins, but they are a little too sweet for my taste. I did feel a slight increase in my energy.

First things first. These are so tasty that I look forward to taking them every morning as a part of my morning ritual. So good! That being said, the sugar level is a bit high for me but I'm not picky about sugar levels. The aesthetics overall are awesome in my opinion! It's easy to read and follow and unique and fun compared to other brands.

Great product

The supplement was good and helped me bring increase my vitamin C intake. I haven’t seen a significant increase in my immune health. So hopefully with longer use I will have better results.

It has been two weeks since I have taken the Zhou product for skin. hair, and nails. So far I see growth/strength in my nails immediately, my skin is smoothing out, prier to this my skin was acned out, and lastly I'm still waiting for results with my hair. I want to wait until I'm completely done with this bottle to measure my hair again to see if there were any new growth and if so, how long?
