I live in Germany, so I also have to pay Tax and collect my parcel on the other side of the city. I did not get an online bill beforehands and just have the Paypal receipt for the customs declaration. Since the Paypal receipt does not divide between product cost and shipping fee I now have to pay tax on the shipping fee as well. That sucks... So next time better send me the bill via email before You ask me to rate you... Sincerely B Schneider

I enrolled in a recurring order for two products. The first month, I only received one of the two products. No one answers the phone. When I inquired by email, it was promised that the second product would be delivered in a few days. That was almost two weeks ago. It never came. I want a refund of the payment for merchandise I never received, and I want to cancel my recurring order.

I never received my order, tracking information, or redistribution of my order and it has been 3 weeks since my purchase. I'm very unsatisfied and going to have to discontinue ordering with Zhou products after being told that I should try it from a previous user.

To whom it may concern: I have not received any item Yet...so I can not give you a true answer about this product. I will definitely give you a review when I get it...thanks

Never received the product.

Put an order forward on the 26th of January with express international shipping and after several attempts to reach out to the customer support service and up to today I am absolutely clueless to where my order is. It would be amazing if someone could clarify where it is?!

Received two months after order. There was no update or communication that it would take this long.

very up set I ordered a bottle of 90 and Paid for theme the company sent a bottle of 30 and they wont call me back I will never do business with theme again and I am going to post every where I can about this rip off company order number 24427
