I'm growing a beard for the first time at 40 years old, and have patches of bald spots. Its always been hard to grow facial hair with my genes, I'm Asian. Fabulous product - It really does work!

I have been using this product for about 6 weeks now. I wanted to try it out because I used to have beautiful nails, but now they have ridges in them and are kind of brittle. I thought this powder would help with this issue. They do seem to be a little better than before. I haven't really noticed a change in my skin. I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Sometimes it mixes well, other times it doesn't. No biggie, just stir until it dissolves. I don't taste it in my coffee at all. I'll continue to use this because it does provide protein benefits. I don't get enough protein since I don't eat red meat.
