Ordered in August. Anouncement "Your order has been shipped." the 25th of August. No delivery until 10th of September. No answer to my request.

Trying to contact them is impossible. The email listed doesn't work & the phone number has been disconnected. Avoid this company.

DVD ordered a month ago and has not yet been received. I've tried contacting them through the site and email at least three times, but have not even received a response. The site says my item was shipped 2 or 3 weeks ago, but I'm not convinced that's the case. I live in Australia, I could have booked a flight to the US, flown over, picked up the dvd personally, and flown back to Australia in less than half the time. They're not giving me any reason to believe that the site is legit. Additional comment: It's 7th August and the DVD just arrived. Quality is not good. It came in a plain white paper sleeve without print. It's obviously not a genuine copy but one that has been burned to disc, which in itself makes me wonder if copyright has been breached.

I finally received my dvds today, July 20(I ordered 3 dvds on July 9, Four days ago it said was shipped, no track #, I've sent 3 emails with no response. Like a couple other customers, I didn't check the reviews. I doubt any of us will get our money back. Like someone else asked, how do we get this site down?)

After one week the shioment was announced I still not have received my order. No tracking number was given. 2 mails remain unanswered. Will now ask for my money back. Non existent customer service, stay away!!

I’ve bought movies from this seller half of them cut in and out one of the movies I got halfway through and they didn’t tape the ending some of the endings got chopped off I try contacting them and I get a message it’s not a trusted site

TOOK A CHANCE WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT SELLER!! I DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE REVIEWS!THAT'S WAS MY BAD!!!! HAD I READ THEM FIRST THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ANY DVD'S FROM THIS CON MAN!!! I ORDERED TWO HARD TO FIND WESTERNS TOOK FOREVER AND A DAY TO BE DELIVERED BOTH WESTERN HAD 1 MINUTE ON BOTH BUT I DID GET TO ENJOY THE TITLES, CAST OF CHARACTERS AND CREDITS!!!! THAT WAS IT ON BOTH WESTERNS!! HE OR SHE WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS!!! SO IF YOU DON'T MIND DONATING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS WORTHLESS SELLER HELP YOUR SELF!!! HOW THESE SELLERS CAN GET BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF I'LL NEVER KNOW!! CAN'T SOMEBODY SHUT THEM DOWN????? SO IN CLOSING DON'T BE A SUCKER LIKE I WAS DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!!!!
