Trying to move to a no-plastic lifestyle step by step and were super happy with the Zero Waste Outlet offerings. A sliding closure on one of our bags cracked and they offered to send a replacement. After reviewing other issues with the same product they decided to look for a new supplied and issued me a full refund as they didn't have any more of the product in stock. Super easy to communicate with and customer service was top notch. Looking forward to supporting this site with more of my business in the future.

One thing that really impressed me about zero waste outlet is that they packaged their materials in a way that is consistent with their values. it is really disturbing to me when I purchase items from a so-called eco-friendly store, and they wrap everything in plastic and pack it with more than necessary packaging materials. I am so far very happy with my purchases and the packaging.

Quality products, fast shipping, amazing service, and a wonderful objective to make the world a more sustainable place. What more could you ask for?!?

The product actually arrived earlier than the scheduled date. Good quality. They also send very helpful emails if you subscribe to their mailing list. I would add the country where the product is manufactured to the description, that's all.

I like these products: soaps, shampoo, floss. I like it because it's vegan, cruelty-free, zero waste, and no palm oil. The soap and shampoo smell very good.
