Great company. Product came quickly, in minimal packaging.

My order arrived much quicker than expected, efficiently packed in compostable or recyclable materials with a thank you! And a coupon! Was able to get many of my household sustainability needs in one stop and shipped in one box!

This was my first purchase with Zero Waste Outlet and it was a great experience! After submitting and paying for my order, I realized I'd forgotten a couple of items, so I emailed them to ask if those items could be added to my order without me having to make a second order and pay another shipping fee. They were quick with their response and accommodated my request. The shipping was quick and I got my items just a few days later. Everything I ordered seems to be of great quality! A great purchase experience from start to finish! I will be ordering from them again, I'm sure!

The products I received were all of excellent quality. What really stands out for this company is the way they package the order. They clearly make an effort to use the least amount of packaging as is reasonable, and use paper tape. I appreciate this as being consistent with the goals of the products they sell.

Products are awesome and as always packed in the smallest box and with completely recyclable packaging. They shipped the next day and came with a cute little personalized note, and even noticed I was a returning shopper. Thank you!!!!

They are environmentally aware dare to make a difference and good for them!
