I enjoy this outlet. The only problem is something I forget to read the ingredients so in the past I have bought some non-vegan deodorant but now I know the brands so it's easier to shop.

I discovered this company a couple of years ago, and I’ve been very pleased with all the products that I have ordered. They ship quickly, take care of any issues with products, and occasionally have really great sales.

The products exceeded expectations. I appreciated the personalized email that I received to check in after my purchase to see if I had any questions or comments. The bar shampoo and conditioner lather so well. I used way more than needed on my first wash. I have very thick hair so I had assumed that I’d have trouble. Nope. It worked great and my hair felt silky and smooth after. The deodorant worked much better than any other clean products that I’ve tried. I appreciate that it’s just a block of product without an unnecessary container.

As always, I’m happy with the quality of products and the timeliness of delivery! The sweet handwritten notes make me smile every time. Thank you, Zero Waste Outlet!

Zero Waste has excellent customer service. I love their dish soap. I never believed that a bar soap could cut grease so well. I love that I'm using products that don't hurt the environment. They followed up with a thank you and an email.
