Placed two orders November 2025, and i still have not received them.

Placed an order October of 2025 Still have not got it. This place is a scam. Do not buy from them

Placed order in September 2025, still havent recieved it. Bunch of scammers just taking money and then blaming tarrifs on not shipping items. Pretty sure they lost money on the supra and ended up stealing from people to cover losses. If anyone else has yet to recieve their order im going to start getting names and order confirmations of people that didnt recieve their products to start a class action against them.

Absolutely horrendous company. It's not even about the giveaways, that part is cool. It's the fact that they NEVER communicate inventory issues unless you ask about an order. Mind you, I ordered 2 times back in September of 2025... it's now MAY of 2026. I completely forgot about the order till I was going through my Shop Pay app and noticed I had items not delivered. After reaching out to the ZeroSixty email asking for a refund, they proceeded to tell me that they're working on shipping my stuff asap and that they have delays due to world events. Cool, that should have been communicated ages ago. So I asked for a refund, the things I bought aren't needed anymore, and it's been ALMOST A YEAR. Their customer service proceeded to tell me they can't refund me to "protect my entries" due to sweepstakes rules. Cool, that giveaway has been over for months, those entries are no longer valid. There's nothing to protect. Over $100 wasted. Do NOT trust ZeroSixty, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Zero Sixty is an awesome company. I've been a fan for years, and sometimes I get my order right away and sometimes it takes awhile. But I always know I'll get it! Like the owner always says -- they're a small family-owned and family-run company doing their best. Thanks, Zero Sixty! Here's hoping I win the big prize one day!

Great company with a lot of heart. It may take a bit to get your order, but they’re a small family business working hard, and it shows. Totally worth it!
