They sent invoice many days before the moving date. A red flag. I did not pay. I had moved 2 years earlier with same stuff and that time it took another company 2 hours. Now to zeromax it took 4 hours for the same stuff to be moved to the previous address! In moving they dropped electric oil radiator that never worked after it, 1400 kr lost. They also broke Ikea lamp and a bag full of photography flashlights. The last one I saw happening in front of my eyes. I sent them a picture of the completely broken bag, they still denied that it happened and refused to lower price. I kept my head and only paid 70% of their invoice, never heard from them since. Stay away from this company if you don't want have your stuff broken and lied about it!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company came recommended to me by a colleague. I wanted a mover to help with an in town move of my 300 square foot apartment from the Upper West Side to Washington Heights. I had covid and so could not be present to supervised as they packed and moved. Since my apartment was a small studio, I was told that the move would take half a day. They were to pack and move the normal household items, one love seat, 2 Barcelona style chairs, a few end tables, and a mattress. My first clue that something was amiss was that they did not arrive at the destination for nearly 13 hours after they started. They movers indicated that they took so long because I had "many fragile items" which seemed really strange, given that I have only the usual dishes, vases, etc. Furthermore, upon opening the boxes I found them that, far from having been carefully packed, my things had just been thrown inside. For instance, an art canvas and dishes under books; wardrobe boxes filled to the top this way (see photos). As I unpacked the picture became much bleaker. I first noticed that they had raided my medicine cabinet and had taken several controlled substances. I immediately alerted the company which did an "investigation" which consisted of asking the crew if they took the items, which they of course denied. As I unpacked further I found that several other items of value had been taken, including a watch I had just gifted myself for Christmas, valued at $1100. I informed the company of this and their response was simply that they would terminate the crew. They did not offer an apology or suggest any sort of remedy. To wrap this awful experience up, I quickly realized that a sizeable number of items had never even been moved! Initially the company wanted to send THE SAME CREW to finish the job! I demanded a new crew to which they stated they would have to charge me extra for. After the watch turned up missing they agreed to send a new crew for no additional charge but at that point I just couldn't trust them anywhere near me, my stuff or the other tenants. All this was reported to the police, of course. They suggested that the crew likely took my items to a separate location to sift through for valuables, which caused the disarray of the packing and accounted for the extreme length of time. Likely, however, I will never see my things again. This has been, by far the worst and most traumatic moving experience I have ever had.

Horrible experience, damaged my furniture, walls, door frame

They showed up with a truck that was too small for the job and it already had a couple of pieces of furniture that belonged to one of the workers. They damaged my dining room table and server which I had to pay to have repaired. The owner did take some money off the price because they couldn't finish the job. Would never hire this company again for any job. Unreliable.

Movers broke lamps during the move and tried to deny it even while my wife witnessed the incident and took pictures. The truck that was used for the move had a non-functioning lift which made the job very time-consuming for the movers with cigarette breaks every 15 minutes. Lastly, after all this, the driver demanded a 20% gratuity for the job. Really!!???

You movers counted "extra items" in my move and didnt tell me about it until they had my stuff at my new location. They then leveraged me explaining that I could pay the company a bunch more, or give them a generous tip (HUNDREDS of dollars more than the 20% I was planning to)....It was an awful situation, but I expect common for your company.

I'll leave this as an honest review based on my experience. I used them twice, once to move our items from our apartment to storage then again from storage to a new home. First time the sales person told me he was sending an 18-20' truck and 3 guys. I documented everything and prepacked it and organized it into an inventory list. The sales rep made some mistakes with the list that caused a headache with the movers. He also gave the moving team a truck that was significantly smaller than the truck we paid for, causing the movers to try and cram all of our items into a tiny truck. They had to take everything out and redo it to make it fit. The movers told us they barely get paid by the zeromax, they were stand up guys, unfortunately they work for a not so great company. No I just hired them to move the same stuff from storage to my new home. I told them I only want to use the exact same crew and the 20' truck. Not only did a different crew show up but it was only 2 guys not 3, and the smaller truck than what was promised. Half way through the move the guys they sent said the items in storage didn't match the list the sales rep had given them - even though it was all the same items. At this point they held our items hostage in their truck until we agreed to pay another $600. We got the movers a hotel for the evening because it was an all day drive. Then the next day we unpacked to find all of our items damaged and now our attorney is dealing with their insurance adjuster. The movers are great but I wouldn't work with their employers ever again. I will update this review after we deal with items they damaged while moving.
