I ordered this from the US to the UK, so it took a little wait to get here but it was worth it. The piece was beautifully packaged which gave it a touch of luxury. The jewellery itself is beautifully detailed and the design is well thought out. It feels sturdy and well made also. This is now my new favourite item of jewellery. It's already got many compliments. Would order from this brand again :)

When I first received the package, there was a malfunction with the air mailer and it lost the products. After contacting customer service, a new package was shipped out and the mailer was reinforced to protect the products. Customer service was very fast and friendly while working with me. Products themselves look very good and sturdy, the clasp on the knight’s gauntlet feels secure, and the quality of the black rope chain feels and looks good.

Great customer service, amazing pieces, and genuinely really fast shipping. I’m in Amsterdam and got my order after about 3 and a half weeks after payment.
