ZerelamReviews of zerelam.com

I placed an order with this place and I am sorry I did. I just want to tell Shedeur Sanders your dollar beanie this place is ripping your fans off in buying this item. I never got my order since January it’s almost April 2026. This place needs to be shut down. I normally check reviews on companies before ordering. I guess I wanted Shedeur Beanie bc I lost all my hair from 2 autoimmune diseases. I was going to wear your beanie on my ball head to cover my head. This is ridiculous

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS IF I COULD!Bought a Seattle Seahawks 50th Anniversary bottle for $60 USD 1 month ago. They sent the wrong bottle. Have tried 5 times to email the support team and called several times. NO ANSWER WHEN I CALL AND NO REPLY to multiple emails. This companies customer service is HORRIBLE! Beware and be VERY CAUTIOUS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wrote a review condemning this company in August 2024, for selling racist merchandise. It's taken them 18 months to respond. I wonder if their customer service is any quicker.

I attempted to place an order on zerelam.com However, upon trying to checkout, there was nowhere for me to enter in payment information. At the bottom of the screen, it states "Sorry. It seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements." I thought that was odd since I live in the USA, like the company claims to be based. I was planning on using PayPal to pay for my order, and all over their website, they have that they accept PayPal. So, I sent an email to the support email on their site. I received an email back, but when you try to reply to the email, it isn't anyone from zerelam, it is a gmail account. It states in the email "You should be able to complete your checkout in less than a minute: Click here to continue your purchase". Yeah, I'm not clicking on anything. Sounds like a very high spam/phishing/malware inducing situation to me. No thank you.

Apart from the rather low quality of their products and the customer service being unresponsive, the shirts and especially the trousers are made by children in Bangladesh that are exploited. I would not recommend to interact with this company.

Shocking company

Your T-shirt’s are antisemitic & disgusting. You should be reported to the advertising standards ass. for political hate crimes!

You are selling a shockingly disgusting t-shirt that says: JEWS RAPE KIDS this is vile antisemitic incitement. Imagine a t-shirt saying: "Christians rape kids"/"All men are monsters"/"Muslims drink blood"/"Black people are rapists" Rightfully that would be unacceptable as well. What are you going to do about it
