Ordered battery for my Samsung S23 Ultra in the month of March 2026,Battery arrived on time, everything was well packed , so good marks there, BUT the major probl is the quality of the battery ,WORST .it drains quicker than my 2 year old Original battery.the repairman did tell me ," sir ,online battery mat lijiye aage se, and I was like, ye banda jealous ho raha hai, but he proved to be correct, .DO NOT RECOMMENDED IT TO ANYONE,BUYONLY ORIGINAL DROM SAMSUNG ..

I bought a battery for my Lenovo tab. As everyone knows, it's not that easy to install a tab's battery. I took it to a nearby shop to get it installed. The tab turns on and switches off immediately. I could not raise a replacement request on the portal. So, I sent an email. They asked for a video proof and had to take it back to the shop and recorded the video. They sent a new one later. That had the same issue. Again I had to send the video proof. Then they sent a third one. Same issue...sent the video again. They are not giving a refund now and have asked for another video. Pathetic customer service...never recommend to buy anything from zeposhop.

Service is way below 3 rd rate. Never again.

O.. what a WORST customers service..I paid money on 21 January for huawei mate 9 mobile battery..5 days over but still they did not ship the product.. not able to speak with the customer care.. only robotic answers..I lost my money 🤑.. I think...No one cares about my request.. very very lazy and bad service.....No care on customer pains...O.. I am so vexed by ordering in this shopping app..!

This website is fake. I ordered the original display of Realme 5 Pro but I got a fake display. This is a useless website, rubbish😡

I ordered battery from from Zeposhop and my experience was disappointing. They send me old used or refurbished battery which has 50%battery capacity. When i calim for replacement, they just denied without any reason multiple times.they charge premium for products but never delivers. The product did not meet expectations, and customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. From my perspective, their operations felt more like a scam, as they engage in questionable trading practices that make the entire buying process unreliable and frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend Zeposhop..

I purchased mobile battery which is not giving backup & if I try to contact the customer care not even si gle call pickup by them ,so don't buy product from here.
