I go to my primary care doctor, and I got the prescription for Zepbound, starting weight at 198lbs now I am at 159 lbs. My doctor starts me at the lowest dose and change one level up every 3-month visit. Now I am on 10 mg and 30 lbs. to go. Hooray

I would like to personally thank the scientist who discovered this medicine. It has been life changing for me. Ive been praying the medical field would come up with something for weight loss other than risky surgery. So far im down 30lbs still have like 65lbs to go but this medication is amazing. It completely quits the food noise in your brain. I have been on this for 4 months now. I take my vitamins and eat my protein ive had no hair loss no symptoms at all I take the mag vitamins c electrolytes to help with constipation
