This company lied about promotions I wasn’t receiving since the new upgrade. I’ve be lied to about past promotions with accommodations for mistreatment of customer service agents who don’t take accountability for there actions. I was given a $50 promotion for months of not receiving past promotions. After my escalation they stated that they sending me promotions but other agents agreed that I wasn’t. When I stated that I use another dispensary they said ok. You should never tell a customer to use another dispensary. I recommend using surrounding dispensaries as Zen Leaf doesn’t take accountability for there actions.

Be careful when buying gummy at Zen leaf Naperville store!!!! I went there on Dec 19 where they had promotion around Christmas time. I ordered from Kios and when I reached the counter, a guy behind the counter said he did not find my order so he 'helped' me placed the orders.. when I got home, i realized that I was overcharged. I went to the store after Christmas, and the manager lady told me that she had no way to know and find what the promotion price on Dec 19 be and she couldn't refund the money... I said the promotion sales continued up to New year, same price! how can't she know? she is the manager and she has all the authority to check. instead, she just offered $5.00 discount. how about the remaining money that do not belong to them? A friend also experienced the same thing. it seems this is a new trend how they 'EARN' extra money! they will not refund the money although merely their staff's mistake. Unfortunately and very sadly, their upper leadership support the manager's decision although all the proof were provided :-( Imagine how many people fall in their trick and how much money they have stolen from? Please DO NOT be their next victim!! if possible, avoid going to that store.. They are not trustworthy and honest people! There are many dispensary stores around, more truthful and cheaper too.....

I had a bad reaction to some flower I bought at Zenleaf. I called to see if they would let me exchange it, or give me a store credit, or some kind of assistance with the problem. They they offer absolutely no customer support. I’m going to Ethos from now on. They’re very nice over there.

Zen Leaf SUCKS! Have used SWC Prescott for years and loved the Jane online ordering system. Today found out SWC no longer using Jane and tried for 45 minutes to order via Zen Leaf. It is a totally worthless system. According to Zen Leaf, indica gummies do not exist. I will check to see if another dispensary in the area uses Jane and if so will shop there in the future.

Refused to move inventory to medical section... thus I had to pay sales tax! I have an issue every time I go there! Their prices are outrageous! MIM in Norwood sells ounces for $60
