I started working with my counselor, Sam Deery-Schmitt, in my junior year, and he went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Right from our first conversation, it was clear how invested he was in helping me succeed. He spent extra time helping me prepare additional applications and put together an academic and extracurricular plan built entirely around what I'm passionate about. The guidance he gave extended well beyond the applications themselves, setting me up for success once I get to college. His background in engineering and computer science made a real difference, too, since I could talk through my technical interests with him and he understood them. That understanding carried over into his feedback on anything technical I wrote for my applications, and his notes were always clear and easy to follow. I'd recommend Sam to any student looking for real, personalized guidance through the college application process.

Zenith has positively impacted me over the span of the last few years. My counselor, Mr. Sam Deery-Schmitt, has provided me actionable advice every month and introduced me to opportunities I would have never sought otherwise, such as essay writing competitions and research programs. He helped me gain a love of writing and research, as well as an interest in astronomy. I would like to thank him for all he has done for me.

We are now in our second year with Sam Deery-Schmitt, and we truly cannot express how grateful we are for the impact he has had on our son Rishi. Sam has been warm, approachable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in Rishi's growth over the past 2 years. He understands Rishi's strengths and challenges, and helps him set clear goals. Every session leaves Rishi energized. Rishi is always motivated to follow through on the tasks he and Sam discuss, and approaches each month with purpose. It is a direct reflection of the confidence and structure Sam has helped build in Rishi. Sam is a mentor in the truest sense. His positive influence on Rishi has been consistent, meaningful, and something our whole family feels deeply.

Working with Zenith over the last two years has been an amazing experience. My counselor, Sam, provides invaluable strategic guidance and is highly knowledgeable, thorough, organized, and straight to the point. Sam is also incredibly kind, informative, and supportive, and I look forward to reaching my final goals with them!

Zenith has been a wonderful experience for our family! We have been with Zenith for the last 3 years and our son is now entering high school. Sam Deery-Schmitt, has been amazing in giving us ideas and ways for him to pursue his passions even further. Without him, we wouldn't have known about over half of the programs Peter could be doing at his age. It has been an incredible tool for our family and we are looking forward to our youngest starting soon as well!
