Constantly failing video creation using seedance variants. When I complained I was fobbed off with explanations of my choice of content being copyright etc. when I showed evidence of a completed video of the exact image and references of those that failed proving beyond doubts that their explanation was wrong. They simply refused to engage. Customer service is garbage I requested credits as apology or a refund and got neither. They ignore customer service in the name of profit and goodwill is non existent.
