I like your guy's AI products
I like your guy's AI products, but the truth is, you are going to have to bring the price down a little. I use it quite a bit, and it is simply not sustainable. I hope you guys to work on this, and a lot of tokens are eaten up by poor prompts and poor generations, even when using your tools and following your instructions. Aside from the cost, I'm pretty happy with it.

Hi JinJoe, Thanks for the honest feedback here, and glad the products themselves are working for you overall. On pricing, it really does reflect what goes into the platform: a wide range of models, ongoing quality improvements, and the team behind building out new features and capabilities, so there's real substance behind it. As for tokens getting used on results that don't quite land, that's part of working with AI generation in general, results can vary even with a solid prompt and the right settings followed. scam
they took my payment via skine and they not releasing my credits, the payment goes to a 3rd party of we dont know who they are.
Response from ZenCreator | AI Realistic Video and Image GeneratorSep 11, 2026
Hi there, There was indeed a payment issue with Skine that affected some users. Everyone who ran into it has been made whole, either through an automatic refund or, for anyone not covered by that, a manual refund to their crypto wallet or a credit top-up. We can't see an email tied to this review, so if you think this applies to you and nothing's come through yet, please reach out to support chat and we'll sort it out. Best, ZenCreator Team

Zen Creator is very easy to use
Zen Creator is very easy to use. Especially for inexperienced users like myself. They are able to do NSFW content as well. They have a wide variety of templates you can use and the quality of generation ranges from low quality to high quality. My complaints are few: 1) Payment by credit card can be a struggle depending on where you live. They take BitCoin but I don’t use that. 2) Some of the templates are inconsistent. Sometimes you get what you ask for. Sometimes you don’t. Then you have to use more credits to do the task over again.
Response from ZenCreator | AI Realistic Video and Image GeneratorSep 11, 2026
Hi Garland, Thanks for such a clear rundown, and great that the interface is working well even without much experience behind you. On card payments, that's true right now, availability does depend on region, and we're actively working to bring on more providers so it covers more countries over time. As for template consistency, a lot of that comes down to how closely your reference photo matches what the template expects, and it's worth double checking that the prompt itself actually fits your specific reference and use case before running it. Worked for me
I had an overall good experience using zencreator. I've used the image editor tool and the image to video with wan 2.5 + audio. It gave me good quality pictures and videos with the exception of a few bad ones. There should be some feature that allows you to preview the result before you accept to generate it and use your credits so you don't waste them in failed creations. But again, i had a good run in general. Quick generations and easy to use interface.
Response from ZenCreator | AI Realistic Video and Image GeneratorSep 11, 2026
Hi Nicolas, Thanks for this, and good on you for testing across models like that. Since you mentioned Wan 2.5, worth knowing it's a bit dated at this point, Wan 3.0 handles image-to-video with audio noticeably better and should give you fewer of those misses you ran into. On the preview idea, unfortunately that's not something we can build in, once a generation starts processing there's no way to pause or check it partway through, it either runs to completion or doesn't happen at all. Amazing realism. Great customer support. Photo to video is better than any other site. With ease participants families or past love interests come to life. And even recreated our honey moon trip with pictures and video.
