Wasn’t given the opportunity to use the 10 percent coupon and was told to get a refund and reorder it . Also I do not think the bracket picture reflects what I truly received. So I don’t not think I will be ordering any other items !!!!

Hi Cheryl. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. In my reply to your email dated July 25, I asked if you would like a refund or store credit equivalent to that 10% off discount, not that you have to reorder it. I haven't had your response so I don't know which option you like. Besides, we offer easy exchange to ensure you are happy with what you receive.
