I wanted to try designing and making some simple 3D printed shoes but decided to buy the Sboots from Zellerfeld. I wasn't sure what to expect. It's new technology and as an engineer, I expected some pros and cons. Nope. No cons. The Sboots slip on my feet and are as comfortable as slippers. The woven foaming TPU upper is warm and insulating but also breathes much better than traditional shoes so my feet stay more comfortable. Keeping my feet dry also eliminates bacterial growth and odor, and is a healthier environment for my happy feet. The custom sizing means my Zellerfeld shoes fit like a glove. Even though they aren't motorcycle boots, I've been wearing the Sboots when riding my motorcycle in town where there is no risk of a high speed accident. Most shoes and even motorcycle boots wear on the top of the left big toe from the gear shift lever, but not the Sboots. The foaming TPU material that Zellerfeld uses is very wear resistant. This gives me great confidence that I'll be enjoying my Sboots for years to come. I've done a fair amount of walking on all surfaces including abrasive asphalt, and there is also no apparent wear on the soles. The Sboots are extremely comfortable and extremely durable. I like the printed in one piece design with no glued on sole to delaminate.

After misfits Zellerfeld corrected and reissued the shoe. With the same passion as the first pair made.

Update: After my initial review, Zellerfeld reached out and offered a solution that could really turn things around. I might receive a new pair within 2–3 weeks, which I truly appreciate. That said, communication still feels a bit clunky and unclear at times—hence the 4 stars. But once you’re in touch, they do seem willing to help. Zellerfeld, you’re on the right track. Keep it up—I’m hopeful for a good outcome.

Got 2 right feet upon receiving pair. Support helped me out tho and got me a replacement pair right quick. Would recommend as shoes look so dope; shipping time does take a lil while tho…

Ordered in September 2024. The shoe design I ordered was removed from the store shortly before planned production and I was sent emails saying I had 7 days to change my design before I would lose my slot. It was unclear why the design was removed. After updating to a different design, it was delivered according to the ETA, which was nice (3 months from reservation). The shoes were too large to use and I submitted the sizing feedback plus a support ticket (within 4 days of receiving the shoes) it has since been 3 months with no response from multiple support tickets except for an acknowledgement on the first ticket but then nothing further.
