Regardless of the fact that after my third pair of Zellerfeld shoes I’ve almost become addicted to the brand, the fact that the waiting time has become extremely short is simply spectacular! For my first pair it was still 8 weeks, now it’s only 1! The design is absolutely insane, the feeling when wearing them incomparable. And the customer service is the best you could ask for. Not only did they respond immediately every time I reached out, but they actually addressed my concern individually. Let’s see which shoe I’ll order next — 3 are already on my favorites list.

I originally got a pair of shoes that were way too big and had a print error. Customer support responded to all my concerns, and actually sent a replacement free of charge. After 5 days of intense walking in over 100 degree weather, I can confirm they are GOOD shoes.

From the start, super easy to scan your feet for the order, gives you tracking until they reach you with a handwritten letter in the box and a pair of awesome socks! Shoes are bespoke, unique and I will certainly be ordering another pair once I run my other shoes into the ground, already have my eyes on a few designs :)

Everything is great! The shoes are super comfortable, and the whole idea behind zellerfeld is just amazing. Love it!

I am a 77 year old female and have tried numerous shoes to be able to walk better since I have broken both femurs and had both hip replacements my feet are somewhat different. I still need a few more custom things done as is the length of my legs by a good 1” so hopefully they can do that but so far the pair I got are much better than store bought!

I receive replacement of my shoes because the first one doesn't fit perfectly (but, the first one somehow works). I'm so impressed with this (unexpected) replacement!
