I ordered the shoes out of curiosity. I like 3D printed stuff and i know what problems I do can expect. But I wasn't expected the fact that a potentially small issue with tearing of the layers in the one shoe with result with reprinting and resending the entire new pair. They simply put a new standard for customer service. You might love or hate the design and the fact the shoes are 3D printed (I love them) but the fact that customer service is out of this world makes them trustworthy partner.

The company need to improve the size feet. I have ordered one that I got it was one size up but the most comfortable shows I have ever had.

Both orders that I received (Beluga & Hezi), the Zellerfeld boxes were damaged. The Beluga fit was great, but the Hezi was slight smaller than expected.

A great company that has great customer service. You can very much tell they care about individuals. Love this company.

Love love love the Paca. Surprisingly comfortable for a 3D printed shoe. Like night and day between adidas’ most recent 3d printed shoe and Zellerfeld. Zellerfeld customer service is awesome and feels very personal.
