I was fortunate enough to win one of their drawings for a pair of Nike shoes they made. It was eventually marked as shipped, but I never received them. At first they acknowledged that the shoes were missing and claimed they would create a new pair. I knew that was impossible. They finally admitted they could not and refunded the money

Because limited edition drops are strictly capped in production, we unfortunately cannot print or provide additional replacement pairs if a package gets lost in transit.
