I’m very disappointed with my second experience with this company. The live chat customer service representative had a rude tone and was not helpful when I tried to explain the issues with my order. Even after they sent out a replacement belt for my IC title order and they declined to take back the original, the new belt was made just as poorly as the original. The quality was not what was promised, and the replacement did not fix the problems I was already dealing with. For the price and the way this was handled, I expected much better. Also no response regarding a refund being issued. I would gladly send those two terribly made WWF IC titles back. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend it based on the poor product quality and the unprofessional customer service to a returning customer. If you want to send your hard-earned money for guaranteed quality, I would suggest finding a wrestling belt Facebook group. There are plenty out there that make belts for better quality and prices.

Still Has not yet arrived. It should have been here a week ago.

It’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received my title. I do not recommend. Use wwe shop or another website

Well at first I wasn't happy but once I found out what was involved and were the belt was coming from I totally understand that and the belt was great quality and I'm very happy with the Seahawks belt that's why I ordered a second belt

19 days after ordering the belt, it arrived. And it’s awesome! They were quick to respond to any questions I asked in emails and very polite. Will do business again!
