This is a review from a licensed massage therapist. I signed up to work for zeel after graduating massage school. My first in-home massage experience was not so great after the client asked me for "additional services" hinting at his private area. I do not blame zeel for this experience but just know that whether your a male or female, it can happen. My frustration with zeel is that they require you to do a video interview. Not with someone, by yourself. They require you to record a video of yourself. So I just had AI create some nonsense for me that I read into the camera because whatever who cares. This company makes you jump through hoops for what? I remember the frist time i worked with them, their soap notes were a disaster, the keyboard in the app would cut off anything you typed so you couldn't see it or edit it. Plus, I was already signed up as a provider but hadn't used it in a while. So I went back and tried to log in and they told me i had to resubmit a credentialing application and record another video about myself. I spent a couple hours filling out all their required credentialing application bs only to get an email a few days later saying: "We appreciate your interest in joining the Zeel Provider Network. We are unable to provide you with access to the platform at this time, but will contact you if that should change. We wish you continued success." What a joke. Waste of time really. I'm sort of glad they denied me. I am really good at what I do and they don't deserve good therapists like me. Plus they don't pay enough for medical massage anyway. I get medical massage clients from another company and they are more efficient, professional and easy to work with. I do not recommend zeel for massage therapists, you can do better.
