Good customer service. I have gotten some spa finder cards from costco and try to use them with Zeel. It hasn't worked well for me through their website but the customer service team helped get the credit in and my appointment set up right away. Hopefully the process for spa finder cards will get smoothed out though.

You can prioritize the therapists that work the best for you.

Hit or miss on the therapists. Being a large man, technique is important. I’ve had therapist I would not want to work with again.

I have had some massage therapists that are good, some are outstanding and a couple have been quite mediocre. The scheduling platform is good but I wish I had more control over who actually shows up at my door.

I think this is a great app service! The reason for 4 stars is it is a little pricey. They advertise you will receive 25% off your massages when signing up for the yearly subscription, but I did not receive that much off of my massages when I signed up for the yearly subscription. Overall though I would recommend this service to anyone! To me, the convience and comfort of having a great massage in your own home is superb.
