The idea behind Zeel is great. The program is unique and needed in today’s day and age. I do find it extremely challenging to get a male therapist on short notice. I have used Soothe from the beginning and decided to give Zeel a chance. I find soothe has the a much larger selection of therapist and often within the hour I can get a male therapist confirmed within minutes. Zeel takes hours and often have availability at a time I never requested. I would prefer to use Zeel but unfortunately I need more relability and that’s from soothe even if they are a bit more expensive.

My husband and I have received several couples massage sessions from Zeel this year. After our 1st session, the massages started to decline from bad to even worse. We tried including the name/license number of the therapist who we received the best massage from per Zeels recommendation and yet she still didn’t show up for that session, receiving yet more mediocre massages. Unfortunately, we won’t be booking anymore due to inadequate massages and unprofessional therapists; late, complaining.

We had an excellent therapist who was very thorough. My wife and I had different issues and she was able help most of our issues. The main problem was that she arrived considerably later than expected. She ended up ruining our plans for the evening.

Zeel for me is 50/50. The therapists are usually good. My main issue is they are usually flustered when they get to my house from driving anywhere from two hours to a half hour to get to my location. The therapists tend to talk about their drive and have “driving energy” when they get to my place. I can tell they are run ragged sometimes. I’ve had therapists tell me they don’t like doing massage and this is just a way to make quick money while they do what they really want to do. My whole point for sharing this is that the service is great for if you need a massage but not great if you definitely want the massage of your life. I’ve used Zeel about a dozen or more times over the last year or so. So I’m still on the fence.

The masseuse is excellent but the last two sessions scheduling as been a debacle.

As a massage therapist I expect knowledged, talented, professional therapist’s to be hired. Especially when coming in to someone’s home. I have had more negative than positive experiences so far but appreciate the ease of being in my own space. I also think the App and website could be more user friendly and informative.

The inability to review therapist qualifications before scheduling is troublesome. I cannot schedule same day masaages at my location despite the marketing that says same day is a benefit of the service. I don't always want to review a previous therapist before I schedule a new appointment-- the app forces that, so I tend to underrate, simply because I'm annoyed. There is a tendency to re-assign the same therapist unless I specifically say I dont want someone back, and I'd prefer to be able to sample several therapists before I settle on someone specific. All these are specific, pretty annoyances, but they do detract from what is overall a great service.
