i did not receive the parcel as claimed it was delivered. Please forward me proof of delivery as other merchants do by sending a picture of the delivery at my doorstep. i hope that that this is not fraud a product linked to delivery service

This is a scam. Avoid them. I bought three tubes of quality toothpaste on Zealangel site. Subsequently I got an email every few days stating that the item was 1. leaving the factory in USA, 2. Had reached the US border, 3. was in shipping to Malaysia, 4 had arrived in malaysia, 5. was leaving customs in Malaysia and 6. had arrived in a a warehouse in Malaysia. Then communication stopped. I followed up a week later and was informed that the parcel had already been delivered to my address about a week before the goods "arrived in Malaysia". There had been a parcel delivered from china 2 weeks before with 3 tubes of toothpaste but it was a totally different brand with writing in Nepali script and a few mispelled words in English. It looked like fake goods and I certainly was not going to put it in my mouth. I asked for the promised 100% refund and they refused. After complaining further they offered $3 as compensation. I have sent many messages since - but they refuse the refund.

Absolute rubbish Not what was in the photo or description

This company is a complete scam, they're petty criminals. Don't buy anything from them because they'll steal your money and never contact you again. They're a plague of fraudsters.

I ordered a fuel transfer pump and when it finally arrived it was not the same model/ type. They had shipped a cheaper version & although I have sent screenshot of the photos on their website as well as the description ,, (&a link to their page) , they refuse to accept & simply say the warehouse shipped correctly

I ordered one item. After reviewing all details, I had only the item and the shipping cost. Then I paid with PayPal and I was charged another additional tax. Then the site said it was a mistake and made a refund. Then they charged me somehow again this same tax but it is only seen in my bank account, it did not appear in my PayPal account, although it was charged from there according to my bank. Then the site said they never charged this and it was a mistake of the bank. PayPal said nothing. They never refunded me this additional tax. For this I think they somehow steal credit card details.

I ordered repair sheets and I never received my order and they don't take any responsibility for it.

Looked at buying silicone holders for hot bowls, before finishing checking out I went to check reviews decided against buying, next found they had charged for two lot cost US80.00,in less than 24 hrs contacted the to cancel and credit they advised they had been sent, after around 30 emails contacting PayPal they advised if I kept them get US9.00 credit, it would cost approx $30.00AU each $60.00AU to return meaning I would have no product plus $20.00, PayPal agreed with them because I wouldn't sent back the goods, no faith in PayPal either.
