ZBDReviews of zbd.gg

Again it shows they are active but what i get is ignorance. They said they fix the app and now better performance liars. They are easy to closed your ticket but they didn't resolve or respond to my issues. What a freaking a holes they are. It should be remove from playstore and a huge red flag on them

Dissapointed. No contact from support. Not able to login in different kind of ways for months now.

My account was and is still locked for a month and I've been trying to stay in contact with customer support as to figure out why it was locked. During that month, they could not figure out why and stated that they were still investigating. Here's the kicker. They tell you to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which ends up deleting your ticket on the app, so you have to end up creating a new ticket in order to get back in line. Customer support feels like it is nonexistent. If you do have a smooth experience and do get a lot of sats, please do not leave them in the zbd wallet for too long. Put them in another wallet.

The support is unhelpful. Could not even start to use their wallet. There were some games that required their wallet, but tnankfully I will not waste my time with them. I would recommend to stay away.

i have literally been trying yo get in touch with this mob now for over 6 months . I thunk they assume they are more important then queen and king or even the U.S president i leave a message then they email me back but eavh snf every timr i wtate thst i have sone dll my trouble shooting issues snd im still locked out of my account these are my details can you pls call me or give me your number so i can contact you then each and every time time they reply back to me telling me to do the same troubleshooting steps and they reply back to me when I'm asleep . Im never going to be able to get back into my wallet.

The payout process is slow and complicated . The customer support is also poor and it was not a good experience like Quick Vip situation . No excuse nor delays.

Was enjoying the app for a while until it forced me to verify. Even though the app should be able to be used without doing so, just with some limitations and longer hold times for reward payouts. After verifying my earnings are stuck on pending even after third party released. Just keeps saying thank you for verifying, funds typically available within 15-60 min. It has been several days. Meanwhile no response from support, and receiving emails reminding me to withdraw. I don't know if I should laugh or cuss. A warning to new users. Don't earn too much you risk your account being auto frozen I had been contacted by support, explained the situation and now my account is completely shut down. I cannot log into it any longer and support is not responding. !update! ZBD has decided to close my account immediately! Under it's right to do so at any time and without reason. Denying me any earned rewards and continued use of the app. Thank you ZBD for wasting my time.

They pay you a few bucks then when bitcoin price goes up. They demand for your SSN. Not worth the risk for identity theft just to get mere scraps.
