The ZBD app is another bloodsucker platform that is completely ran by scumbags who watch and wait until you make over 1000 satoshis and over 500 bitcoins on one of their apps which I was reluctant when it hit over 500 bitcoins. After multiple atempts to open an account, but unfortunately, I was told by a guy called Encore that they can't offer me an account at this time. In my personal opinion, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they suck and most importantly they are too deceptive to the core.

I had been using ZBD’s Playtime offers without issue until two rewards failed to credit. One reward required an approximately $17 in-app purchase, which I completed. When the rewards did not appear, I contacted adjoe, the offer provider responsible for tracking and approving the offers. After investigating, adjoe informed me in writing that both rewards had been approved and released from their side. When I noticed the rewards were still marked “Under Review” in ZBD, I contacted adjoe again. They again confirmed that the rewards had already been released and that any remaining review or rejection was entirely within ZBD’s system. Over the following week I repeatedly attempted to contact ZBD but received no meaningful response. Instead of paying the rewards, ZBD changed both to “Rejected” with the generic explanation “Unusual activity detected.” No explanation was provided regarding what activity was supposedly unusual, and I was never asked to provide any information before the rewards were denied. My concern is not simply that the rewards were rejected. It is that adjoe confirmed they had already approved and released them, yet ZBD rejected them without providing any specific reason or evidence. I have filed a formal complaint with ZBD and have retained the emails from adjoe confirming the rewards were approved and released. I hope ZBD manually reviews my account and resolves this issue.

Had great difficulty signing up strange message claiming I had Vpn when I did not. They said can't give me an account but not specifying why not when I after emailing. I tried again and got an account, but I tried to verify it rejected me and logged out citing an issue with my account and to contact them which I have done so. What kind of company behaves like this, is it a fake dodgy one? It makes no sense at all, poor customer relations too!

I stepped away from my account for several months due to financial hardship. Now that I am doing better, I came back to it to find that there is some issue with it. The error implies fraud. I've been trying to get ahold of them on their chat, but no one ever answers to help me get to the bottom of this! I reached out days ago!
