As headline suggest It started out fine i had some problems With arcade not working in there app talked to support they said Wait 24 hours as they dident know why its not working when arcade started to work for some my ap is stuck in infinity load and when i reported it they where we will look into it but after 3 mails an they dont know they just send me a mail that my account is getting closed or blocked.. becaus now they are claiming i violated there rules.... All i did was wait for arcade to work meaning wait a few week an by that ive violated some rules stay away from the they will steal your sats...another scam app.... I would give 0 stars if I could! Order took over 1 month arrive from date of ordering, quality of material was terrible and items looked nothing like the the picture and have now been trying for over a month to sort a return and got no response! Awful company avoid at all costs!!

I gained many sats through the arcade, nearly 20,000 worth, but then they closed the arcade workout any explanation causing me to lose them all, they informed me I could continue earning them through the playtime tab and after much disappointment I decided to try, then they removed the playtime tab from earning and moved it to the games tab but when I clicked on the game tab, all it did was pretend to load without actually loading. Thus losing every ability to earn sats while playing games, this is a dangerous app to use, if you earn too many sats they will block your account. They accused me of using a VPN when in fact I just used a different wifi network to try amd fix the issue. DO NOT USE

Only once I transferred btc into the wallet it decided that I can only access it in ny and another few states. I LIVE IN NY

I had an account for over a yr. I got logged out of my account had to factory reset everything. Next thing I know I get told I violated the terms of service. I had a lot earned and they close my account out

Terrible lmao , Bitcoin mining and half these wallet apps are scams that Apple is endorsing and letting run rampant . Do your job Apple and protect your customers

I just got hacked I registered for a account and within minutes a had a high security alert level on my router that it picked up unauthorized port scan on port 80 unauthorized remote connection DDoS attack . Then bam they permanently banned me and they file a false police report against me to cover them up and they said I was committed fraud and I wasn't committed fraud I am definitely reporting them to the FBI and have them shut down for good.

If this isn't a scam ZBD (or any of these fake reviews saying it's not), please explain to me how I had over $38 worth of "winnings" then it was continuously lowered. And after I've tried to cash out in the form of a gift card, all of a sudden I got messages saying I wasn't in the area to be able to (closest place it stated was New York, I'm in PA). Then after that it started working again, but not giving me credits for any games and I have yet to receive the gift card that I applied for over 2 weeks ago. Now I gotta worry if they got enough of my information to steal from me.
