They suspended my account and did not provide me a reason why. I had $200 of bitcoin in my wallet. Support gives me copy and pasted responses with absolutely no recourse to get my money back, and did not even provide a reason for the ban. Do not use this app, they will likely ban you and take your money eventually. This is a common issue with then.

They STOLE my sats and refuse to compensate me. Google and Apple MUST remove ALL apps that are supported by this company.

Around half of the offers are not paid. Certain partners (adgate games) are removed and absolutely nothing paid. Contact support and all that happens is roughly wvery 3-4 days they ask if you still have an issue, so click "yes" then 3-4 days later same question if you're still having issues....this goes on indefinitely. NO SUPPORT AT ALL AND A MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME AS IT'S MOSTLY A SCAM TO WATCH 1000s OF ADVERTS TO NOT BE PAID.

It´s terrible when you try to solve your problems. I have been trying for almost a month and still nothing. I can´t get in my account and nobody in the support is helping, they just keep saying the same thing. So it´s been a month and nothing solved, also, I don´t have access to my account and can´t move my crypto. :(

As many other people have said they simply refuse to be transparent or helpful if you have an issue with a pay out. I was told that I had broken TOS but, conveniently for them, they couldn't tell me how I had for "Security reasons". It would seem as if they just don't want to pay out rewards or are unwilling to prod their third party partners to be fair.

Waste of time. I have 2388 Sats on a game and haven't been able to withdraw for 9 days. All of a sudden, app crashes, support emailed ba m saying sorry for the wait and asked I f still having n issues. Then no more responses, playing dumb game takes so much time plus addddddddddddds. Over it.

I was playing Bitcoin Miner and cashed out satoshis to ZBD for about a week. I have accumulated a few dollars worth of satoshi in the app, when I decided to verify my account. The moment my account was successfully verified, ZBD sent me an email saying account issue detected. I opened a ticket, and got replies that kept asking me to restart app, uninstall/reinstall etc, which didn’t work. When I messaged support once again asking for resolution, they just hit me with a message saying my account is closed due to “several violations of TOS”?! All I did was use their app to cash out from Bitcoin Miner, answered a few questions on the app and earned a couple of sats from that. They basically robbed me of the money I earned elsewhere and deposited with them. I used it as a wallet and they just took my money and closed my account! Are they even allowed to do this?
