The company refused to honor my completion of $90 worth of objectives in their arcade section where you play other games to get sats. They cited my account was flagged but not the reason. This event was also the fifth time ive had to contact support for them to fix a mistake in denying payouts. Im also positive they collect user information and sell it cause the amount of spam calls I received afterwards tripled for a week after signing up.

The app, under the guise of earning money by playing games, collects sensitive personal data. There's absolutely no way to withdraw funds and no support—only a chatbot that keeps repeating the same responses like a mantra.

I have tried everything to get some help where it says my funds is pending and have to date received absolutely no joy. In the support option every 5 days they ask 8s there still a problem and then nothing

I can't get this app to work and it keeps saying I need to sign the privacy notice and accept the terms of service when I did, customer support doesn't seem to work

I have been mining sats on both bitcoin miner and idle mine for at least a year. So many times I couldn’t transfer sats because the games couldn’t or wouldn’t connect to ZBD. I dealt with it, recently I changed my apple password and this resulted in me being unable to log into ZBD to transfer my game sats to cash app. Customer support didn’t help and the next I tried to log in using google I was given the message that my account was suspended due to suspicious activity. I am unable to move sats from my games and there are 320 sats in limbo somewhere. Terrible company wish I could use a different app.
