A very spammy app. Got 10 emails overnight from this app and no unsubscribe link and no way to close my account. This is against the Laws of Canadian Spam Laws

Just a blatant scam. Silent blocked my wallet from being usable to withdraw funds with 0 notification I'm sure to try to keeping trying to earn them their commission from the game tasks to then ultimately just take my funds. I have about $55 just locked in my wallet with no way to touch them. Their "Customer Service" is literally nonexistent you just get put into a reply loop of "Sent to the back end team from an account named "Chuka." Then after a while the AI chatbot says "sorry for the delay do you still need help" I reply yes and nothing at all comes back until the chatbot apologizes for the delay again. This has been the exact same for well over a month now.

Blocked me from login to my ACCOUNT AFTER I had 120$ in it. Gave generic no clarification after 3 months of trying to contact them

Played for hours every day for almost a year purchasing packs on the games only to get my account canceled for no reason. Stay away from this joke of a company.

I used this app with some success at first. Then I started havig trouble with apps like games not crediting for levels completed. Support did solve the first probles but they continued. Then support stopped responding to my requests for help or response is very slow. Its too much. Will uninstall asap.

Zero customer support. You're promised someone will get back to you in 48hours. Then once a week you receive an automated message asking if you still have the issue. Over a month this went on. Pathetic. Ended up contacting the game. They were great and fixed the bug, allowing me to withdraw again. ZBD IS PATHETIC. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They still have not responded to this day.
