The process was easy to do.

I have an issue and submitted a support ticket for it on March 5th. It's March 30th today, and I followed up with them two other times as well. I've still got no response.

i can't finish setting up the back up service without reviewing this.

Does the job but not reliably... Transfers to YouTubes fail 1/10 times and then you have to do manual intervention. It would be great if they had a backup system/service that moved the failed transfers for you because sometimes it takes me hours to do it manually. It works until it doesn't.

Seemed pretty straightforward but having issues connectingto Vimeo.

This tool saves my team and I 100's of hours, and bandwidth costs! We move hundreds of zoom calls per month to an alternative cloud storage and zBackup has been a solid and reliable service! I highly recommend this to every client I work with and I recommend it to you as well if you need to get copies of your zoom recordings moved to another cloud storage service such as Google Drive etc. zBackup is a small organization with only a few people on staff, so email support has been a little slow, but every issues we've had has been resolved well in the end. We rarely need support as the tool is pretty much plug and play and works flawlessly. In 1 year of using them, we've had 1 minor outage for which they credited us for the 1 day of down time. And the only other support I have needed was when my payment card didn't go through and there was a billing issue (my fault) that I needed support to get my card charged and the account re-instated. zBackup saves us $100's every month in zoom cloud costs by allowing us to move the recordings to another platform!
