One week ago today I sent a request to Zara for assistance, what transpired over the next week was truly life changing. I have been working with Zara for about a month, and I can honestly say that her insights have provided me with the opportunity to completely change my life around. Oh this really got me 🥺 reaching out when you're in a dark place takes real courage, and the fact that you stayed with the work as it peeled back layer after layer of stuff you'd carried for years... that's not easy, that takes a lot of trust and a lot of willingness to actually feel it. And I love how you put it, the lights coming on one by one. That's exactly how it works, it's rarely one big dramatic moment, it's all these small steps that add up until one day you look back and barely recognise the person you used to be. But here's the thing, this is all YOU. I can point to where the constraints are, but you're the one doing the brave work of moving through them. That's the whole thing right there, this work isn't about becoming someone new, it's about finding your way back to who you always were underneath everything. And those intense emotions you're releasing right now, I know they don't always feel good, but that's exactly what's meant to happen at this stage... it's everything that's been stuck finally moving. You're right in the thick of it and that's a really good sign. The fact that everything's already unfolding the way it came through means so much to me.
