Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this detailed and helpful review. We are truly delighted to hear that you are happy with the illuminated sign and website – we loved bringing your vision to life and are thrilled to hear it's become a local landmark! We also sincerely appreciate you highlighting the area where we can improve. Your feedback regarding email response times during the design phase is incredibly valuable, and we apologize for any frustration this caused. We are already implementing new processes to ensure our communication is as prompt and consistent as the quality of our work. It was a pleasure working with you, and we are so grateful for your kind words about our team's talent and creativity. We hope to have the opportunity to partner with you again on future projects.
