We are still in early adoption of SSIS and ZappySys. But we have been able to implement automation of tasks that were previously done manually or not at all. Also been able to automate some data extracts that were previously done very inefficiently within our ERP system. Using SSIS/ZappySys results in a much faster and easier to maintain solution. Today I needed help with SSIS variable manipulation. Hardik identified the error and provided the correction I needed.

Short and sweet- if you are not using ZappySys in SSIS you are digging holes using a spoon rather than a backhoe. Spencer went above and beyond the call-of-duty in support where support is hard to come by these days - 5stars. Reliable, bug-free ZappySys. The best hands down.

I worked with Hardik Shah on configuring the ZappySys Web API module to make updates through a SOAP protocol. Hardik listened to our requirements and worked with us to successfully automate the process using SSIS and ZappySys tools. After providing the solution, we were provided with documentation we can use for future projects. Very helpful.

We've been using ZappySys ODBC for years. Very helpful and fairly easy to use for some custom integrations. Just had an exceptional support experience with Pankaj where we worked through a non-standard XML issue. Lots of documentation, but was able to share a screen and work through it together.

The support solution / service / manner is great, even though for a pre-sales customer like me. Hopefully, they could provide more and more product to us.
