They messed up the color on my sign
They messed up the color on my sign. I sent them the exact logo and artwork to use, with colors, created by a profesiional marketing agency. No one has every messed that up. Zanvis - well, they got the shape right, but instead of a rich red, I ended up with one of my signs in a putrid pinking/fushia color. I ordered three signs, and the other two WERE RIGHT. For some reason they decided to alter the coloring of the third. Their cusotmer Service Answer: You approved it, not our fault. Except your AI rendering is glowing with "neon LED light" and it's impossible to tell coloring from that. Why not use the color of the artwork that was provided? You got the other two right, but this one wrong. Things can go wrong, it happens. What you do when someting goes wrong says everything you need to know about a company. In this case, I would stay away because they won't make thier mistake right.
