we are so sorry to hear the size felt smaller than expected! 😢 It can sometimes be tricky to visualize the scale, especially since most of our showcase videos feature signs that are 40 inches or larger. If you feel like there was any miscommunication during the consultation or a mistake in production, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]. Our team will be more than happy to double-check your order details and chat with you! Thank you for your honest feedback, and we hope the sign still brings a great glow to your space! 🫶🏼✨

We cannot wait for you to get that "off the hook" sign in your hands and lit up. The countdown is officially on! 📦⚡️ Thank you so much for the incredible hype!
