We received the sign and love it!! The remote needed a battery for it to work properly even though your plugging the sign in the wall. Fyi.

Zanvis went above and beyond to provide the exact vision I expressed for my neon sign. They were prompt very detailed in how the handled business, I received a faulty power box which was a luck of the draw was not their fault but they sent one out to me to get it to me before my grand opening, I must say this is a phenomenal company. I look forward to ordering the next few neon signs from these guys. 10 starts for Zanvis neon, you guys are amazing thank you.

I am blown away! Zanvis really did an amazing job with my sign. Everything that we discussed and the changes that I made were all done as asked. The young lady who was assisting me, Vivian, was also very accommodating. I was leery at first because I didn't want to spend such a large amount of money on a product that would not look like I had asked. She assured me that that would not be the case. Their product is unbelievable and the customer service superb. My club loves the sign. It looks awesome. Further, when I broke the stand by my own stupidity. They sent me a new one. Their prices are very good. I would definitely use them again.
