You make a great point—while lighting every single tiny detail is an option, we design them to strike that perfect balance so the main text and graphics stay crisp and clean on camera without washing out. So glad you're happy with how it turned out, and we hope those bonus mini tabletop signs add a fun extra pop to your background frames! Huge thanks for the high recommendation for fellow content creators—enjoy the amazing new glow!

We completely understand your frustration, and we are so sorry that your sign didn't arrive by your crucial deadline, especially after paying for expedited shipping. Our support team has already taken note of your case and is actively investigating the matter with our shipping carrier to figure out exactly why the transit was delayed. We are reviewing the details right now, and one of our managers will be reaching out to you directly via email shortly to sort this out. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we get to the bottom of this for you!
