You’re right to be frustrated, and we’re sorry. After reviewing what happened, we found that your phone number was associated with multiple records in our system, which allowed calls to continue even after one record had been closed. We have now closed every record connected to the number and stopped all future calls, texts and automated emails. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the repeated disruption.
